I ‘m Zeynep from Turkey. I’m 16 years old. I spent great 6 weeks in Vec in 2007. I ‘m a high school student in 11th grade . I wanted to practise my English. And I decided to go Canada and searched the cities and language schools. Then I decided to go Vancouver English centre which is in Vancouver. I preferred Vancouver because it is more suitable (convenient) for student.
My English improved a lot there. Especially my speaking. I can easily express myself. There are different classes according to level. There are grammar, conversation, and communication, thinking in English, public speaking, pop cloture, writing, business classes and some special classes getting ready for exams such as a. In public speaking I had the chance to make a presentation about my country Turkey . I really enjoyed my classes. Also I really had great time with my host family.
6 weeks were fantastic getting around the city with lots of new friends. I met lots of friends from different countries . I’m Sure we re going to see each other again. Because some of them are going to come to Turkey. 6 weeks were a really good experience. If I had chance I would study there more. Everything was great!
